Lucy and children are found living with her parents on the 1860 Wright Co.,
MO census: Pg 987 family 69521
The Wright County courthouse burned in Feb. 1897 and all of the records that
would be marriage license, birth cert. and death cert. prior to March 1897
do not exist. Birth and Death records had been required by the MO State
Legislature starting 1883 and 10 year period of those records, 1883/4-1893/4
were kept by the county clerk. The fire started in the county clerk's office
